A CHEST PUMP THAT'S OUT OF THIS WORLD

ISOLATE YOUR CHEST BY LOADING AT THE ELBOW

WHAT REAL PEOPLE SAY ABOUT The Better-Fly

REAL CHEST ISOLATION EXERCISES

WHY ELBOWS > HANDS FOR CHEST

This isn't rocket science. It's just basic anatomy.

How many joints are in your arm?

CLUE 1

How many joints are in your arm?

By loading at the hand for a chest fly, you are incorporating three joints in the movement: Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder. This is VERY significant! Even though you think the wrist and elbow are irrelevant, they are NOT.

Does this even matter?

CLUE 2

Does this even matter?

Three joints means there are three segments in the kinetic chain. Think of it like gaps in the path between the load and the target muscle. These gaps interrupt the path, which means LESS TENSION reaches the PECS. This is NOT isolating your chest. Just look at that...

ONE > THREE

CLUE 3

ONE > THREE

Using The Better-Fly creates a SINGLE PATH from the LOAD to the PECS and ONE PATH is greater than THREE for hypertrophy. This is REAL isolation and is being shown to be significantly more effective than handheld flys.
