Orders are typically filled and shipped in 24 hours. Sundays are the only day when orders are not shipped. If there are any exceptions to the shipping schedule, they will be posted on the website in the checkout area.
ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED. If your package fails to arrive, we will replace it upon failed delivery notification. Please send us an email if you believe your order has been lost or delivery has failed.
Domestic Shipping is $8 for one pair of The Better-Fly and $12 for two pairs, and these costs include the extenders if the order is placed at the same time. Extenders will ship in the same box with The Better-Fly. If you place separate orders before your first order ships, contact us and we will combine them.
Domestic Shipping for the Extenders by themselves is $5.
International Shipping is subject to change and is calculated based on your location. If your country is not available in the store, please send us an email. We calculate shipping costs before adding each country to the website. Delivery estimates are not always accurate for international shipments.
