The Better-Fly is the only device in the world that is soft on the inside and hard on the outside. The molded frame allows it to keep its shape and not squeeze your arm/leg.

Rather than using a degrading material like velcro, The Better-Fly uses a custom-designed 500 lb stainless steel buckle to adjust the size (Premium Version).

With it's unique open design and rubber grip, The Better-Fly is totally grip-free. Simply slide it over the elbow or knee and allow the rubber grip to hold it in place.
