    If you really don't have a carabiner anywhere in sight, don't worry! You can use the High-Pulley Clip-Free Extenders in place of a carabiner by looping the strap through the triangle ring on The Better-Fly and then hooking both hooks to one cable ring.

     

    If you really really want to use a carabiner, just clip it through the triangle opening on the steel ring as shown in the picture. Now you have the best of both worlds!

    What is the WARRANTY on The Better-Fly?

    A ONE-YEAR WARRANTY is offered on the fabric materials and construction of The Better-Fly™️, including the strap, neoprene, and stitching. Certain restrictions apply. Please contact support if you believe you have a warranty claim.

    A LIFETIME warranty is offered on the injection molded hard support plate and the logo covers. If your plate breaks under normal use, then you can send it in and we will replace it for the life of your product.

    Do you ship WORLDWIDE? How long does shipping take?

    Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10 and usually arrives within 2-3 days except for certain states like California, which takes 4-5 days.

    International shipping is partially covered by us (You're Welcome) so each country is added individually after pricing is determined. It is usually $25-35 USD and takes anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks.

    How does The Better-Fly work when it doesn’t strap tightly onto your arm?

    The unique design of The Better-Fly allows it to grip onto your arm with its interior rubber lining. The innovative BUCKLE allows the strap to be tightened to increase contact with your arm, but the BUCKLE is NOT meant to make contact with your arm or leg. If it does, you need to loosen the buckle or change the angle of the cable.

    The main thing to remember is that any new device takes time to learn and understand. Various cable angles and standing positions will alter the effectiveness of the grip and the stability of the device. If you are encountering movement up or down your arm, adjust the buckle or the device's position on your arm or leg first, then adjust the pulley position of your cable machine, then adjust where you stand in relation to the the pulley.

    By experimenting with these variables, you will find a position where The Better-Fly is secure and remains in place throughout your range of motion.

    The base plates come in a variety of colors and can be removed and changed in order to coordinate with your apparel for the day! With multiple colors, you can mix and match to represent your favorite team or even a holiday.
